I often get, so exactly what is it that you do?
For those who may know the character Tommy from the hit TV sitcom, The Martin Lawrence Show. I frequently get that comparison from the standpoint that Tommy’s character said he had a job, and he was going to work; yet no one knew quite exactly what he did.
Well in certain terms, I am no Tommy and with a career spanning over two decades and counting, I am really just getting started. My career is comprised of diligent work built on a solid core and foundation. Incrementally, adding building blocks one career phase at a time has allowed me to create a career that is nothing less than stellar in every way.
God has tremendously blessed me to have a full career of many different things that gives me the ability to be the Consultant I am today. I have branded myself as “Thee Consultant” based upon the generalized, and transferable nature of the management consulting that I provide to clients as a Service. (aaS)
Offering the services across all disciplines and industries.
In short and in simple terms I make business happen. When an entity (individual or company) is experiencing a business problem (pain point) that is inhibiting them from reaching their desired paramount stage of success. They realize they need some help. Upon this realization they reach out to me.
I come in, I listen attentively, I strategize with the entity, we agree on a solution and I work with the entity to implement the solution.
The solution is implemented with a spirit of excellence, where no stone is unturned, no i is without a dot, no t is without a cross; and the solution is ultimately implemented from A to Z. I call this solution, The Spectacular.
That is it folks… that is all to it. That is what Aaron R. Plush, Consultant | Independent Contractor does. Mystery solved, nothing else to see here. Not Tommy. ☺️
With each entry we will take a deeper dive into the how of this process; how the implementations really work, and how we make The Spectacular happen together.
